Once an event registration is made, either by phone, fax or on-line registration, you are obligated to honor the payment unless cancellation is made to the Chamber office 24 hours prior to the event.
This registration is part of the event count which is notified to our host. Any payments to our host are based on registration numbers.
If no cancellation is made, an invoice will be sent and payment is expected.
If a cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the event, a refund will be issued within 2 weeks.
