In banking, it's tough for women to reach the CEO seat. But it's even harder to do it twice. After stints in senior management roles, Peyton Patterson took over the top spot at New Haven Savings Bank, transforming it into the regional powerhouse New Alliance Bank, eventually selling the institution to First Niagara. Now, she's leading another bank holding company, Bankwell Financial Group, and charting a new direction for it. Join New England's only two-time female bank CEO as she discusses her view of what businesses must do to thrive and what women must do to take command of that change; Being the CEO of Your Life!
