“Right-Thinking for Positive Leadership, of Others and Self”
“We are not thinking machines that feel; rather, we are feeling machines that think.” As a result, leaders need to meet emotion with emotion before they can move others with reason. (so leaders must first understand and marshal their thoughts/feeling balance). Jennifer Rosenwald comes to us with 30 + years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies as a Managing Director and Vice President in Sales, Operations and Training. She has taken her success, added a Masters in Psychology and embarked on a new career in 2002, creating JRO & Associates as a Business Consultant and Certified Life Coach while writing her first book to be published in early 2014. Jennifer helps people get what they want by getting untangled and getting their heads in shape via right-thinking.
Her credentials include employment with MODIS, Accustaff, Inc, based in San Francisco, as Managing Partner responsible for implementing strategies for change management for the restructuring of the region. She also directed the sales, recruiting and administrative departments and co-managed large strategic client accounts. She was Vice President of the Consulting Division at EXECUTIVE DIRECTION, also based in San Francisco, CA where she managed sales and the recruiting operations of over $28 million in revenue. Prior to working at EXECUTIVE DIRECTION, Jen was the Area Manager for INTERGRATED PARTNERSHIPS and the Regional Operations Director for GW CONSULTING, both located in California.
